Многолетний №1 отрасли всего за год растерял лидерство на московском рынке, выручка по РСБУ рухнула в 2 раза, перестали платить дивиденды акционерам. А тут ещё и под санкции попали... В итоге на днях сняли гендиректора, который проработал всего 1,5 года.
Главная проблема: критически мало стартов продаж новых ЖК в Москве. О причинах можно гадать, вероятно повлиял разлад с влиятельной Capital Group, которая проталкивала ПИКу документацию и выделение новых участков. Нелишне будет вспомнить и разнос, который устроил застройщику Сергей Собянин за задержку строительства школы — как раз после этой истории у ПИКа пошли проблемы в Москве.
Впрочем, инвесторы настроены оптимистично: акции компании на максимумах с 2021 года. Вырулят?

In January alone, Telegram reported 90 million new accounts. Its founder, Pavel Durov, described this as “the largest digital migration in human history.” Signal reportedly doubled its user base to 40 million people and became the most downloaded app in 70 countries. The two services rely on encryption to protect the privacy of user communication, which has made them popular with protesters seeking to conceal their identities against repressive governments in places like Belarus, Hong Kong, and Iran. But the same encryption technology has also made them a favored communication tool for criminals and terrorist groups, including al Qaeda and the Islamic State.
